These are the steps for downloading and running the Splashtop SOS program we use to remote into your Mac.
- Open your Safari browser and go to https://sos.splashtop.com. Note: You can also do this in Google Chrome.
- Open your Mac downloads folder.
- Open the SplashtopSOS file from the downloads folder.
- Double-click the Splashtop SOS icon when prompted.
- Give us the 9-digit code that will show once you open SplashtopSOS
